So much of creating the life of our dreams has to do with the disconnect between what we want and how we feel. We have discussed how our unconscious thoughts run our lives and will continue to do so until we make them conscious. We’ve also started reframing our thought beliefs to better align with our goals. You may be wondering if there's anything we can do to speed this process along. The answer is YES!

Mindset Shift

We are challenging the idea that we must feel a certain way before we act a certain way. It is simply not true. Our subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between fact and fiction. We are not just who we think we are; we are who we practice being.

When we make the conscious choice to act as if we have attained our desired outcome, we circumnavigate years of subconscious stories and limiting beliefs. We start to create our new reality. Our lives are the result of the things we do repetitively. Even if we don’t fully feel confident, we can act as if we do. We are creating patterns and proof for our subconscious to incorporate into a new operating system.

Empowered Action

Once you are set on your desired outcome, it is time to become clear about the type of person who would achieve that result. How would they act, what would they wear, what chances would they take, how would they speak to themselves? Instead of waiting for the world to show us results, we shift our behavior and act as if the results have already manifested. Our lives are not made up of thoughts alone; they are a result of who we practice being. 

Success breeds success. This is where our manifestation process gains momentum. Each time we choose the behavior of our future selves, we are sending a message to both our subconscious and the Universe. These actions are not make-believe; they are new habits that support our desired future. They bridge the gap between what currently is and what will be. 

Doing is Becoming

This isn’t simply a case of “faking it until you make it”. Each time we consciously choose the behavior of our ideal self, we manifest our desired state. We are training our bodies, our energy fields, and our subconscious minds to accept this new reality!
