It is a time for introspection, setting intentions, and celebrating your own divine essence and light. Embrace this opportunity to get clear on your manifestations for the new year by releasing what is getting in your way!

🛄 Identifying your "Heavy Baggage"

Before we can bring in our new desires, we must look at what we are still carrying from the past. Subconscious blocks are sneaky and may be hard to spot. They can disguise themselves as "holiday stress" or "end-of-year burnout." This week, take some time to observe repeating thoughts that feel heavy. Are you holding onto a version of yourself that served a purpose for a time, but is no longer useful?

One of the most common limiting beliefs during the holidays is the "Should" shadow. This is the common thought that you should be further along or should have achieved more. That you are somehow missing the mark and falling short. This creates a vibration of lack. As we know by now, The Universe always meets our energy level.

Take some time to identify your list of self-imposed "shoulds". Once you do this, take some time to reframe them into something positive and empowering. When you do this, you strip these “blocks” of their power. You are clearing a path for a more aligned version of your reality to take root.

🔋 Where your energy goes, your future follows

If you want to speed up your manifestation, you need to be focused on raising your vibration. So many of us enter the Winter Solstice with our energy scattered. Our to-do lists seem endless with unfinished projects and social commitments. These create subconscious leaks that drain the power you need to make your 2026 intentions a reality!

This week, be proactive about where you direct your energy by practising the "Full Stop Method." Make a list of three things that are weighing on you—whether it’s a chore, a social event, or a hard conversation. Make a choice to either complete them or officially drop them. By mentally “finishing” something that is open-ended, you reclaim the subconscious bandwidth that was tied up in waiting, and plug up the energy leak.

Releasing the "Shoulds" and practising the "Full Stop Method" is more than just reorganising your mind. You are raising your vibration and sending an important message to The Universe that you are ready for a new level of abundance. Allow yourself some time to sit in the quiet space you’ve created. Trust that this stillness and peace are exactly what your 2026 manifestations need to breathe and grow.
