During the day, our mind shouts orders at us, keeping us busy and feeling safe. To the waking mind or ego, anything new or different seems dangerous, so it will do anything to keep us from growing. The inner critic constantly puts us down and tells us why we can’t evolve. It feeds on low vibration, keeping us feeling negative, helpless, and stuck.

Sleep is an ideal opportunity for growth. As our conscious mind rests, the subconscious becomes open to new ideas. Incorporating guided sleep meditation into your nightly routine can help align your deeper beliefs with your conscious goals, making change possible.

🔮 Rituals / Practices

Bedtime should be a time of peace and surrender, yet so many of us toss and turn, replaying the day's events or anticipating future problems. The key to getting a good night's sleep and having a successful sleep meditation session is setting the stage for success. Getting into a healthy sleep hygiene routine will boost your physical health and up your manifesting game! This includes going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, having your room at a cooler temperature, and finally, the one everyone groans about, turning off stimulating screen time at least half an hour before bed!

Once you've created the ideal cozy and welcoming sleep space, you have a world of possibilities to introduce to your subconscious, resistance-free. It would be helpful to journal about what you would like to manifest and identify your limiting beliefs. Once you are clear on what you want and what is standing in your way, do a YouTube search for sleep hypnosis, sleep meditation, and sleep affirmations. You will find a treasure trove of pre-made videos on every topic imaginable. You may need to try a few for the first week to see which suits you best. Once you get into the groove, listen nightly for 30 nights, and notice the subtle (and not so subtle) shifts that happen for you internally and externally!

🌌 Surrender and Let Go

So much of our time is spent thinking, wanting, and doing. The magic of sleep hypnosis for manifestation is that once you hit play, your work is done. You can’t WILL your way into the life you desire. Planting the seeds, maintaining a high, hopeful vibration, and then getting out of your own way is an easier and much more effective path!
