Dear Reader,
You cried again last night. But if someone had asked you what you were actually feeling — really asked, and waited — the honest answer was not sadness.
It was anger.
You have been doing this for so long that you might not even catch it anymore. Something happens. A line is crossed, a person lets you down, a pattern repeats itself for the third or fourth time. And by the time the feeling reaches the surface, it has already been translated. The fury arrives as tears. The frustration arrives as withdrawal. The thing that wanted to be loud comes out quiet, or wet, or not at all.
That is the translation. And you have been running it since before you had a name for it.
A Detail In Exodus Most People Miss
There’s a secret hidden in the Bible.
Most gloss right over it.
But it’s critical to the Sinai account.
It’s called the “Blast of the Shofar” (Exodus 19:16)
God needed to “wake up” the Israelites to receive God’s gift.
So he used sound.
A particular frequency.
And it went straight to the core of their souls.
And made them a fitting vessel for God’s revelation.
If you want to tap into this frequency TODAY...
I know this will seem crazy.
But the CIA really did do a study into the “call of the shofar”
And they found out its exact frequency.
If you listen to that vibration for 60 seconds…
it causes a cellular change.
You will know your soul has been touched....
because of the way this process manifests.
First you feel pleasure.
Then you will feel desire.
Then you feel motivation.
Then you start going after your goals.
Then you start hitting your goals.
Then you start living in a completely elevated way.
Making more money is a common side effect.
But the real benefits are totally spiritual.
An inner sense of wellbeing.
A feeling of closeness to the Divine.
Prayer becomes deeper and more meaningful.
And it gets ANSWERED more often.....
These are the benefits that will truly elevate you.
Of course we need money to do good in the world.
But money is just energy.
And you can get energy directly from God.
If you know the “frequency of God.”
Don’t let this pass you by, because I don’t know when you’ll ever see it again.
P.S. I try to use my platform for the highest good and only the highest good.
But I believe light will win out in the end.
And if this can take your worship to a whole new level of depth… I feel I must share it.
Follow the light, everyone.
Only light.
I did it for years. Someone would do something that should have made me furious, and instead of feeling the heat of it I would feel this heaviness settle in my chest. I would cry in the car, or go quiet at dinner, or write something soft in my journal about feeling hurt. And I was hurt. That part was real. But hurt was never the whole truth. Underneath the sadness, every single time, there was something sharper. Something with teeth. I just never let it speak in its own voice, because I had been taught that voice was not mine to use.
Here is where the translation starts. Somewhere along the way, most of us learned the rule without anyone ever saying it out loud. Sad women get held. Angry women get handled. Sad is soft enough to be safe. Angry is too much, too loud, too difficult to sit across from. So we convert. Before we even know we are doing it, the feeling passes through this invisible filter and comes out the other side as something the room can tolerate.
But here is the truth underneath the translation: your anger is not a problem. It is information. It is the part of you that knows something is wrong and refuses to pretend otherwise. Sadness says I am hurting. Anger says something here needs to change. They are not the same message, and when you keep translating one into the other, you lose the instruction your own fire was trying to hand you. The woman who only lets herself be sad when she is actually angry will keep finding herself in the same situations, crying the same tears, wondering why nothing shifts. It does not shift because the real feeling never got to finish its sentence.
Something Arrived For You Tonight. Open Before Dawn
Something arrived for you tonight.
I do not fully understand it.
What I know is that it was addressed with your name.
And it needs to be opened before dawn.
Inside is a 30 second technique to activate your pineal gland.
The small gland behind your forehead the ancients called the third eye.
Once opened, it draws wealth toward you the way iron draws to a magnet.
The technique traces back 5,000 years. It has never traveled through email lists.
It travels through people who feel called to pass it forward.
I felt called to pass it to you.
The old story is simple. Anger is dangerous. Anger makes people leave. Anger means you are difficult, unlovable, too intense. So the part of you that learned to survive in rooms that could not hold your fire learned to translate it into something more palatable before it ever hit the air. Not because your anger was wrong. Because those rooms were too small for it.
You are not in those rooms anymore.
Here is your one move for today. The next time you feel the tears rise, or the heaviness settle, or the urge to go quiet, pause. Ask yourself one question before you go any further: am I sad, or am I angry? If the answer is anger, let yourself name it. You do not have to raise your voice. You do not have to perform it for anyone. Just say it, even silently, even only to yourself: I am angry about this. That is the untranslated version. That is the feeling in its original language. And a feeling that finally gets to exist in its real form does not need to keep showing up in disguise.
This is your magnetic mindset: I do not translate my anger into something softer so the room can hold it more comfortably. I let my real feelings speak in their own language. The woman who stops converting her fire into tears starts making decisions from clarity instead of fog. She draws lines that stay drawn. She is met by people who are not afraid of her whole self, because she is no longer afraid of it either.
Something to take with you today: You are not too sensitive. You are angry. And you have been translating it into tears because no one ever told you your fire was safe to feel.
Today's reminder: A feeling that is never allowed to speak in its own voice will keep returning until it is.
"Anger is a signal, and one worth listening to."
Something to ask yourself today:
What have you been calling sadness that was actually anger, and what would change if you stopped translating it?
Mindfully Yours,
Magnetic Mindset
