Dear Reader,
You caught yourself loving it this week.
Not the future version. Not the version you keep telling yourself will be better once a few more things fall into place. The actual one. The one you are currently in, with its current problems and its current limits and its current shape.
You noticed something ordinary — the way the light was in your kitchen, the sound of someone you love in the next room, the specific texture of a Tuesday — and you felt something warm and quiet inside you. Not because it was extraordinary. Because it was yours.
You did not immediately start listing what still needed to be fixed. You did not remind yourself that this was not quite the life you meant to have. You did not caveat the feeling with a plan for what would make it more lovable.
How To “Unclog” Your Follicles And Grow Thicker Hair
Hormones, genetics, stress, aging…
They’re all blamed for hair loss.
New research shows the “cause” doesn’t matter.
Yet what does is the bottleneck that stops hair from growing: Clogged follicles.
See, when hair follicles are clogged with dead skin, hardened oils, and other gunk…
No new hair can grow.
Yet once you clear this “Follicle Clog”…
Your hair’s thickness, health, and volume surges back to life.
In fact, a “Follicle Clog” clearing technique we developed is linked to a 32% reduction in hair loss.
Terri, who tried it, said: “There’s way less hair in the drain. It’s actually staying on my head.”
If you’ve struggled with thinning hair for years… and would love to see baby hairs growing again…
I show you how to “unclog” your hair follicles in this short video:
To hair that shines with beauty, grace, and vitality.
You just loved it. As is.
For most of your life, that was not how it worked. Your love for your life was contingent. You would love it once you had lost the weight. Once you had the relationship figured out. Once the work stabilized. Once the apartment felt more like home. Once you were more of the person you were becoming.
You called this having standards. You called it being ambitious. You called it self-improvement.
It was also, quietly, a way of never letting yourself have the life you were currently living. Because there was always something else to fix first.
I lived inside this for a long time. My love for my life was always parked one improvement away. I could not enjoy my apartment until I redecorated. I could not enjoy my body until it looked different. I could not enjoy my career until the next milestone arrived. Every present moment was a rough draft of a future one that would be worthier of my affection.
My Intuition Got Scary Accurate After This
Used to second-guess everything. Should I take this job? Is this person lying? Which choice is right?
Now I just know.
Interview last week. Knew I'd get the offer before they called. Knew the salary number. Exact amount.
Date on Friday. Knew within 5 minutes it wouldn't work. Saved us both three hours.
Business decision Monday. Had two options. Knew which one. Chose it. Made $4,200 that week.
Not guessing anymore. Just knowing.
Happens multiple times a day now.
Then, slowly, that shifted. I do not know exactly when. I just started noticing that I was loving things in real time, without waiting for them to earn it.
Here is the truth. Love that requires improvement first is not love. It is a negotiation. You are telling your life, telling your body, telling your circumstances, "I will love you when you become worthy of it."
But nothing gets fully loved from that posture. You cannot appreciate a life you are simultaneously auditioning for a better version of. The improvement mindset, no matter how well-intentioned, keeps you at a small distance from what is actually here.
The shift is not about giving up on growth. The shift is about noticing that growth from love and growth from rejection produce very different lives. One builds. The other quietly erases.
You have moved into the love version. You did not announce it. It just started happening.
Today, notice one thing about your current life that you love. Not conditionally. Not with a "once I fix X" attached. Just as it is.
Let yourself love it for one full minute without adding anything.
That minute is the practice. It is you refusing to defer your appreciation to a future version that may or may not arrive.
This is your magnetic mindset: you stop making your love for your life contingent on a better version of it. You start loving it as it is, and someone who can love their current life stops living inside the exhausting audition for a future one.
Something to take with you today: "I am home in the life I actually have."
The life waiting for your love was never the future one. It was this one, all along.
"Wherever you go, there you are."
Something to ask yourself today:
What is one thing about your current life — not the future version — that you love exactly as it is today?
Mindfully Yours,
Magnetic Mindset
