Dear Reader,

Last time we spoke, I encouraged you to take inventory of your current life situation. Much like a “spring cleaning,” the fall can serve as a time to purge what no longer serves us internally.

Once we are clear on where we want to be and what we want to create, we can gently rid ourselves of any limiting beliefs that may be holding us back.

The Power of refocusing your thoughts.

🪞 Inner Work

As the scenery changes with the seasons, so can our inner landscape. The Universe works on energy; we need to trade our beliefs and feelings of lack for high vibrational thoughts that are in alignment with our desired outcome.

Reframing what doesn’t serve us.

Ruminating about wanting money or love, or anything else, actually BLOCKS us from flowing into what we wish for.

We may be clear on what we want, yet so often our focus goes to what we DON’T have.

The answer is a simple reframe. We swap out the statement of lack or victimhood for one of abundance and participation in the creation process.

“I’m broke” becomes “My finances are growing every day. I am working my way towards financial abundance.”

“I am so lonely” turns into “I love myself, and as I spread love into the world, the people who are ready to receive it find me.”

🔥 Empowered Action

In order to fully accept and integrate our new framework, we must also distinguish our overt wishes from our covert needs and dissect the limiting belief system around the covert need.

For example, our overt desire may be “I need money,” but our covert need may be “I want to be liked.” We may have a subconscious belief that people who are wealthy are not likable. Unless and until we reconcile the two competing thoughts, the covert need will always win.

A bit of gentle journaling will serve you well in identifying the belief systems, challenging them, and dismantling them.

Noting and catching your thoughts of lack and immediately challenging them is also helpful.

Lastly, you may consider coming up with a positive mantra to state silently each time, a “lack thought” arises.

🌌 You Write the Script of Your Life

For too long, we have believed that we are victims of circumstance. We were never taught that we are co-creating our own story.  As we partner with the universe and meet it at its energetic level, doors that we have only dreamt of begin to open for us.

"It's only a thought and a thought can be changed." - Louise Hay

Mindfully yours,
