It is time to reframe your relationship with the “d word”. Instead of looking at it begrudgingly, recognize that when it comes to manifesting, self-discipline is the ultimate act of self-love. Our lives are the result of the things we do repetitively. We need to monitor our thoughts, feelings, and behavior and choose repeatedly to dismiss anything that is not in alignment with our ideal future self.
