Dear Reader,

The holiday season can reflect life in general. So often, we focus with anticipation on what is to come and what we hope to experience and receive, that we miss out on what is available in the present moment. Some of the best experiences don’t come from getting, but rather from giving. Recognizing this not only makes the present more enjoyable, but it also helps speed up our future manifestation process.

Shifting your holiday frequency

🔥 Empowered Action: Giving as a Manifestation Tool

When we think of manifesting, we generally think of getting something. When we think of giving, we often wonder, at what personal cost? During the holidays this year, we can switch the focus from the cost of what we give (which stems from lack) to the frequency of abundance created by the ability to be generous.

Rather than giving on autopilot, or because it is expected of us, we can use this opportunity to be more mindful and intentional. Before wrapping a present, handing a gift, or cooking/creating something for a get-together, pause, take 30 seconds to gently close your eyes. Feel gratitude not only for having the ability to give, but for the gift/effort/creation returning to you multiplied. This is about visualizing and feeling your future state of abundance.

🪞 Inner Work: Taking stock of your holiday wealth

This time of year, there is a big emphasis on spending money and getting “things”. Without even realizing it, this can feed into the scarcity mindset. Thoughts like,  "I wish I could afford the 'perfect' gifts or throw the ‘perfect’ Instagram-worthy party." This focus often blocks us from seeing all the non-material wealth we have. This is often far more valuable for manifestation.

Taking inventory of your non-material wealth is very important. We can do this by using gratitude to identify and focus on the non-material things we already have and can share. These can be things like shared laughter, words of affirmation, emotional availability, and compassion. These are unlimited resources.

To get in the habit of doing this daily, you may want to journal each night about one non-material asset that you are thankful for. (e.g., "I am grateful for my ability to be a good listener"). This practice proves to your subconscious that you already have the resources that truly matter. This raises your vibration and opens the door to greater overall wealth.

🌌 Final Thought

When we change our focus from the cost of giving to the joy of sharing, we no longer come from a place of lack. The best part is that this high frequency isn't just for the holidays. It's your new default setting that you can carry with you into the new year!
