Dear Reader,

Something has shifted in how people meet you.

They look up when you walk in. They ask how you actually are, not as a formality, but as if they want to know. They stay a little longer in conversation. They text you back faster than they used to. They seem, in a way that is hard to name, genuinely happy that you exist in their life.

You have noticed it. You have not fully allowed yourself to notice it, because noticing it feels like taking credit for something. But it has been happening.

Here is what changed. It was not them.

The Three Second Thing Nobody Mentions

Most people who try to open their third eye start with a forty minute meditation.

There's a much smaller doorway in. Three seconds, done correctly, and you'll feel the difference behind your forehead before you finish reading this sentence.

That's all it takes to know if it's for you.

It was not that they suddenly decided you were more interesting. It was not luck. It was not that you started saying the right things or presenting yourself better.

What changed is that you started being genuinely glad to see them. And people can feel that before they can explain it.

I did not know this for years. I would walk into rooms trying to be liked, trying to be interesting, trying to say the right thing. I could not understand why people warmed to some people effortlessly and I always had to work for it. I thought it was about charm. I thought it was about presence in some vague, magnetic way I did not have.

PARTNER MESSAGE

It was not. It was about whether the person on the other side could feel that you were actually happy they were there.

For a long time, I was not. I was performing warmth. I was going through the motions of a conversation while my inner life was elsewhere. And people could feel it, even when they could not articulate it, and they matched my performance with theirs.

Then something shifted. I started actually being interested in the people in front of me. Not because I was trying to be a good person. Because I had done enough of my own work that other people had stopped being obstacles or mirrors, and had become people.

And the whole room started to feel different.

Diet Coke + THIS = No More Pee Leaks?

If you want to stop pee leaks and never again dread laughing, sneezing, or standing up too fast, follow these steps:

1. Grab a small bowl;

2. Pour in some Diet Coke;

4. Rub the mixture gently on your lower belly, just above the bladder.

This short video shows the steps in detail:

Here is the truth. Magnetism is not something you generate. It is something that happens when your inner life is settled enough that other people get to actually land in your presence.

When you are not performing, they can stop performing. When you are not scanning for how they feel about you, they can stop scanning for how you feel about them. When you are genuinely glad they are there, they get to be genuinely glad they are there too.

This is not a technique. This is what happens on the other side of a lot of quiet work you have been doing for a long time. The self-worth work. The nervous system work. The learning to be a person who does not need every interaction to prove something.

You stopped needing anything from people. And now people are drawn to you in a way you did not have to earn.

Today, notice one interaction where you are genuinely glad to see someone. Not performing warmth. Actually glad. Let yourself feel the gladness in your body.

Then let them see it. Do not manage your face. Do not modulate your voice down to something more neutral. Just let your face do what your feeling is doing.

Watch what happens on the other side of that. Watch how they light up in response to being met by someone who is happy to see them.

You are the source of the light in the room. You have been for a while. You were just not letting yourself know.

This is your magnetic mindset: you stop trying to be interesting and start being interested. You let your genuine gladness live on your face, in your voice, in how you show up, and someone who is actually glad to see the people in front of them becomes someone people are always glad to see.

The people who are glad to see you can feel your gladness first. You are the source, not the receiver.

"To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance."

Oscar Wilde

Something to ask yourself today:

Who are you actually glad to see today — and what would happen if you let your gladness show on your face when you saw them?
